Return & Refund Policy

At ZidMall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

  • Damaged items caused by misuse or mishandling.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are always issued in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@zidmall.com.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
